Previous alerts can be viewed on the Alerts screen. 

Alert Screen features 

Alert Filters

Alert filters hasten the viewing of previously triggered alerts over the past 30 days. 

Located at the top of the screen, just below the Alerts title, alert filters are organized by date and display the alert count. Filters are displayed for the previous 30 days. 

The Total count in the right hand corner reports the total number of alerting incidents over the course of 30 days.

To use the alert filter:

  1. Click the date button you wish to review.
  2. The screen will immediately reduce the alert list to display only alerts correlated to that date. 

Once you've finished reviewing, click Clear Filter.

Go To Incident & More Info

Displayed on the righthand side of the alert list item.

  • Go To Incident button, when clicked, results in a modal of the device panel, reflecting the condition under which the alert was triggered. 
  • More Info button induces a dropdown display panel, reflecting the recipient of the alert notification. This includes the recipient's email and the date and time the notification was sent.

More button at the base of the screen

When clicked, the More button expands the alert item list display.
